Surah Al-Fil: Arabic, transliteration and translation
Basmala: بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحٖيمِ

Al-Fil 105:1
اَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِاَصْحَابِ الْفٖيلِؕ
TransliterationAlam tara kayfa faʿala rabbuka biaṣḥābi alfeeli
TranslationHave you not considered, [O Muhammad], how your Lord dealt with the companions of the elephant?

Al-Fil 105:2
اَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ كَيْدَهُمْ فٖي تَضْلٖيلٍۙ
TransliterationAlam yajʿal kaydahum fee taḏleelin
TranslationDid He not make their plan into misguidance?

Al-Fil 105:3
وَاَرْسَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ طَيْرًا اَبَابٖيلَۙ
TransliterationWaarsala ʿalayhim ṭayran abābeela
TranslationAnd He sent against them birds in flocks,

تَرْمٖيهِمْ بِحِجَارَةٍ مِنْ سِجّٖيلٍۙۖ
TransliterationTarmeehim biḥijāratin min sijjeelin
TranslationStriking them with stones of hard clay,

فَجَعَلَهُمْ كَعَصْفٍ مَاْكُولٍ
TransliterationFajaʿalahum kaʿaṣfin makoolin
TranslationAnd He made them like eaten straw.
